Over the years, there are 2 types of personal trainers that have joined us.

The first one are those who have years of experience under their belt but are looking to take their impact and influence to the next level with a team.

The second, are individuals who are wanting to live out their passion for fitness and purpose to help others and have finally decided to kickstart their full-time career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer.

If you are anywhere on the spectrum and believe in the power of playing as a team to create greater impact, please read on.
Pre-requisites:
✅️Strength training experience of at least 6 months.
✅️Good spoken and written communication to converse with clients and team.
✅️Sound knowledge of all basic movement patterns such as push-pull, hip hinge, squat, lunge, and the anatomy of muscles involved.
✅️Basic understanding and ability to explain energy balance.
✅️Portray yourself as a healthy role model in the area of fitness level, body composition, communication, and character both online and offline.
✅️Having a personal trainer certification such as (ACE, NASM) is an advantage, however, the absence of it should not hold you back from applying since we will look into referring the right certification for you to go through and take you through the interview process if we see fit.
✅️Possess a current and valid CPR & AED - Basic Life Support certification. If you haven't got it, you must agree to fulfill it within the first 3 months of joining us.


Key Responsibilities:
🔹️Deliver hyper-personalized personal training experience to help clients with ongoing breakthroughs in fitness, health and life.
🔹️Provide excellent customer service.
🔹️Actively participate in growth-related activities such as workshops, training, seminars, competitions, and networking events both within and outside of MOVE.
🔹️Be a great contributor to the team culture at MOVE from day 1.


Requirements:
➡️Be flexible to serve clients in the early mornings, late evenings, and even on the weekends, especially during your first year of establishing your client base and credentials as a personal trainer.
➡️Be ready to do more than just personal training. You never know what else could make you tick therefore from time to time you'll be exposed to tasks and challenges outside of the realm of personal training.
➡️Happy to lead yourself and team members to thrive in both character and competencies while being humble to be led to experience breakthroughs of your personal limitations.
➡️Willing to learn to articulate and find ways (such as taking courses, reading books, brain pick people ahead of you, etc) to constantly improve the art of communication.
