TMNT Playmates Tokka and Rahzar 1991 History and Review! Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

This is a review of the 1991 Tokka and Rahzar figures by Playmates. I show how well they adapted the movie designs into the toys. I discuss the origins of the characters and show them throughout their lifespan in movies, cartoons, comics, and video games. I also go into why I think they were in Secret of the Ooze instead of Bebop and Rocksteady. There's a few rumors online as to why Bebop and Rocksteady didn't make it and I discuss why I disagree with them. Maybe a little too much haha, so skip around using the chapters if you want.
