Veg Biryani recipe Ingredient List:

1) Cooked Rice ingredients :
Basmati Rice - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup for soak
Water - 1 cup for boiling
Salt - 1/2 spoon (As per taste)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 1
Black pepper - 2
Star alise - 1/2
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon
Bay leaf - 1/2

2) Vegetable mix:

Oil - 4 tbsp
Cloves - 1
Black pepper - 2
Star anise - 1/2
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Cumin seeds - 1/2 spoon
Bay leaf - 1/2
Red Chilli - 1
Grated Ginger - 1/2 inch
Curry leaves - 3 or 4
Green / Yellow / Red / Orange Capsicum - 1/4 cup each
Carrots - 1/4 cup
Potato - 1/4 cup
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
Tomato - 1/4 cup
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Green beans - 1/4 cup
Sweet corn - 1/4 cup
Paneer - 100 gram
Coriander - For garnishing
Mint - For garnishing
Salt - 1/2 spoon (As per taste)
Saffron - 3 or 4
Curd - 2 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut - 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 spoon
Turmeric - 1/4 spoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 spoon
Garam masala - 1/2 spoon
