This video is the 3rd of a series of videos to demonstrate features of Bahmni-SNOMED Terminology Server (TS) integration, over FHIR.

The goal of this integration is to create an open source reference implementation that displays best practices regarding how EMRs can leverage and benefit from SNOMED coding systems.

In this video, we'll show you how Bahmni uses SNOMED’s clinical terminology through a FHIR terminology server (snowstorm) to design custom forms to record clinician's observations in a structured manner. We first design the form with SNOMED CT coded values in the Bahmni Form Designer, and then record observations as a clinician in the Consultation module.
