Here's every modification and upgrade I've made to my 2022 Sur Ron X light bee so far (FULL LIST BELOW). A lot of these mods and upgrades are applicable to the Talaria Sting and Segway X260 as well as the Sur Ron ebike. So far this Sur Ron mod isn't outrageous, it's rather attainable and sensible in my opinion. I explain the purpose and my thoughts and experience with each of these sur ron upgrades as I walk you through my reasoning in the order I installed these sur ron mods.

One of the great things about the sur ron electric bike is it is very customizable and pretty easy to work on. You can really put just about as much or as little into these ebikes as you'd like and modify it yo your personal style of riding.
Electric bikes such as the super 73 or the onyx rcr are not as customizable and are limited by the hub motor which has less torque starting from zero and much more unsprung wheel mass.
One of my favorite mods is the sur ron upgraded controller. the bac4000 on the sur ron is costly but with the battery bms bypass kit paired up with the bac4000 the sur ron gets a huge power increase. The sur ron top speed and acceleration is significantly boosted with the bac4000 controller upgrade. If you want to pop sur ron wheelies the controller upgrade will definitely help you with that.
The stock sur ron tires are good for off roading, but mine burned up quickly riding this ebike on the street.
