Vangyache bharit is a very easy and simple recipe. It is also popularly known as baingan ka bharta. We already have seen 2-3 bharit recipes. But today we are going to add some secret ingredient that will take this bharit to next level. Aslo I will be sharing few tips to make perfect bharit. It looks nice and tastes simply delicious. Vangyache bharit and bhakari is one of the popular menus from Maharashtrian cuisine. In this recipe vange or eggplant is roasted then peeled and mashed. Few spices are added and also tadka to make this bharit tastier. The method of making bharit vary from place to place or even house to house. Today I will show you easy and simple method. This is my personal favorite. I can have it at any time of the day. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 Brinjal
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 4~5 crushed Garlic cloves
• 1 finely chopped Green chili
• 1 finely chopped Onion
• 1 finely chopped Tomato
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Kala masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Gudh to taste (Optional)
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 sachet Maggie masala-e-magic

Method:
• Make few slits to brinjal and check it well.
• Grease it well with a little oil and roast it well from all sides on gas.
• Peel the brinjal and mash it well with the help of fork or knife.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
• When cumin seeds splutter add garlic, green chili.
• Fry it for few seconds and add onion.
• Fry it well until onion gets golden color and add tomato.
• Fry it well together until it turns nice and soft.
• Add turmeric powder, kala masala, red chili powder and fry it together for about a minute.
• Add gudh and mix well.
• Adding gudh is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Add salt and mix well. Add the mashed brinjal, coriander leaves and fry it together for about 4-5
minutes.
• Add Maggie masala-e-magic and mix well. Fry it for about a minute and vangyache bharit is all
ready.
• You can have it with bhakari or with varan bhat as side dish. It goes well with chapati or fulka or
poli too.
