Eric McNulty is the director of the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at Harvard. He is responsible for research, writing, and instruction concerning leaders and leadership in high-stakes, high-pressure circumstances. He joined us today to talk about the first three things that we should do whenever a crisis happens.
