Creating Multi App Kiosks for 10ZiG Windows 10 Thin Clients using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, InTune

Описание к видео Creating Multi App Kiosks for 10ZiG Windows 10 Thin Clients using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, InTune

In this video, we’ll be showing you how to create a multi-app Kiosk custom shell for your 10ZiG Windows 10 IoT Thin Clients. Creating custom shells gives you the ability to launch your user’s desktop to deliver single or multiple applications at login, so that your end users only get access to what they need and nothing more, improving manageability and security of your 10ZiG Windows 10 IoT Thin Clients. We’ll show you how to use Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM), also known as InTune, inside the Azure AD to create a kiosk-based “Configuration Profile” that will configure your 10ZiG Windows 10 IoT devices out in the field. You can use one of the built-in “Kiosk Templates” that will allow you to easily switch certain Windows 10 IoT features on or off when applying the profile, too. This particular demonstration will show you how to set up two applications on your user’s desktop, a Remote Desktop Client and an Edge browser. We’ll tweak the settings for the configuration profile and set the Remote Desktop Client to auto-launch at login and also give your users access to the taskbar for easy app-switching capabilities.
