Today we are making mukhwas in perfect 1 kg proportion. This is a very easy and simple recipe. I will show you the perfect measurements to make mukhwas. It looks nice and tastes just awesome. Mukhwas helps to clean your digestive system and improves digestion. It boosts your immunity and increases the absorption of nutrients from the food you consume. This also helps to relieve constipation. So you can call this a healthy recipe too. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups / 400 gm Badishep / Fennel seeds
• 1 cup / 200 gm Dhana dal
• 1 cup / 200 gm Jawas / Flax seeds
• 1/2 cup / 100 gm white Sesame seeds
• 1/2 cup / 100 gm Magaj / Pumpkin seeds

Method:
• Roast fennel seeds on medium heat well until it changes the color a little and transfer it into a
dish. Spread it evenly.
• Use a wide dish for the fennel seeds to avoid trapping of heat in hot fennel seeds and turning
them soggy.
• Roast dhanadal on medium heat well until it changes color a little and transfer it into the dish.
Spread it evenly.
• In the same pan roast flax seeds on low heat really good until they get nice glaze and transfer
them into the dish.
• Roast white sesame seeds on low to medium heat until they change color a little and transfer
them in a dish.
• Roast pumpkin seeds on low to medium heat until they change the color a little and transfer
them into a dish.
• Mix everything well together and mukhwas is ready.
• You can add 100 gram khadi sakhar if you want.
• You can store it in an airtight container when it cools down completely.
• It has shelf life of about 2-3 months.
• Make sure no heat is trapped in the roasted ingredients. You can spread it in paper too.
