Bansera Park is a unique place themed around bamboo in Delhi, situated on the western bank of the Yamuna River. It offers a serene environment amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, providing moments of tranquility and peace. This park was the only one of its kind in the Delhi-NCR region. Even the outer walls of the park are made of bamboo. Additionally, the entire park is decorated with various decorative items made of bamboo. It is noteworthy that due to the floods in the Yamuna River in 2021, this park was completely destroyed. However, it has been redeveloped by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).

Bansera spreads over an area of approximately 28 acres on the western bank of the Yamuna River. More than 30,000 bamboo trees of 15 species have been planted in the park. Bamboo emits 30% more oxygen compared to any other tree. Not only that, bamboo trees require significantly less water and enrich the soil as well. Therefore, it can be said that Bansera is no less than a boon for the capital city of Delhi, which suffers from air pollution every year.

In the Sarai Kale Khan area, Bansera has been constructed resembling a two-storeyed high moon. It appears quite attractive from a distance, akin to Humayun's Tomb. Efforts have been made to make Bansera completely eco-friendly. Solar lights have been installed here, which automatically light up as darkness falls, thereby saving electricity.

The entry fee for adults in Bansera is ₹50, while children under 10 years of age can enter the park for free. The park remains open from 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. There are three ponds in Bansera, one of which has a musical fountain installed by the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC). There will be two 30-minute musical shows, one at 6:30 pm and the other at 7:30 pm. Visitors can enjoy the musical fountain show on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.
