Suggestions for installing TECHNOVA SPRAY NOZZLES on rooftops/bunglow.

1. Generally every solar panel rooftop has an overhead water tank on the terrace.
We suggest use of monoblock self priming pump (0.5HP - 1HP) for upto 20 panels.
The inlet of the pump can be connected by a flexible suction pipe to the overhead tank.
The 1 inch outlet of the pump, via a reducer can be made 3/4 inch.
The 3/4 inch UPVC pipe goes from pump discharge side upto the nozzles, then pipe is reduced to 1/2 inch dia to get sufficient pressure in nozzles.

2. We recommend use of 1 spray nozzle per panel(1 mtr) or 2 panels one below the other.

3. For people who have submersible pump on the ground floor and want to use the same pump for cleaning solar panels will have to put a 'T' in the pipe. 2 'on' 'off' valve will be required to be fitted on the 2 sides of the 'T'.
While using it for solar panel cleaning, the valve leading to the overhead tank should be closed and vice versa.

4. Incase if needed to clean occasionally entire rooftop manually with pressure water, a separate valve is placed in pump water discharge line.

5. In order to seal gaps between solar panels, sealing tape like
SIKA Multiseal-T tape can be used.
Tape life is claimed to be as long as Solar TV panels.
