Fred Kaps (born Abraham Pieter Adrianus Bongers on 8 June 1926 † 22 July 1980) was a Dutch magician and inventor.

He learned magic from a hairdresser whom Fred Kaps often visited. He tried to find out the secrets of the tricks shown and practiced until he found a solution. Later he married the daughter of the hairdresser.

Fred Kaps is the only magician to have won the Grand Prix at FISM Magic World Congresses three times to date (2022).
