Custard...Slime?

San bu zhan, 삼불점, 三不粘, Egg Pudding, Custard Pudding

Today's menu is 'San bu zhan' (San bu zhan/삼불점/三不粘).
It's a Chinese dish made from 5 simple ingredients.
The ingredients and cooking process seem really simple but I found that it's actually harder than it looks.
Hard to tell when the right time is to add oil...
I too failed twice before finally making one lol
You don't want to cook it for too long, don't use too much oil, use green bean starch or tapioca starch.
It tastes like custard but it just takes up too much effort and I don't think it's taste is worth the effort and time that takes to make this XD (imo)

Ingredients:
Eggs: x3, Starch (Tapioca or Green bean): x2 Tbsp, Sugar: x2 Tbsp, Water: x8 Tbsp, Vegetable Oil or Lard: x1 Tbsp
