How To Fly Tie: Pat's Rubber Legs Jig

Описание к видео How To Fly Tie: Pat's Rubber Legs Jig

I used to tie this with a piece of power pro at the end of the hook and would wrap the chenille on that! What a task! Well, I saw Tim Flaglers method and it blew me away! I took my version and added his tail method to it as well, I will show you a clever way of tying the legs(which are known to annoy even the most seasoned fly tyers) which I learned years ago. It will surely make tying your Pat's Rubber legs easy and dare I say, enjoyable?!?!

In this video: Even without a slotted tungsten bead this jigged version of the Pat's Rubber Legs rides hook side up. Get stuck less often and it works for the Euro Nymphers out there too(I use a mono rig but its close). No matter where you fish, if there are any stoneflies in your waters, this will catch!
