(7) | Times Square, Manhattan to Flushing, Queens
(N) / (Q) | Astoria, Queens to Coney Island, Brooklyn via Manhattan (BMT)

Notes:

Massive delay on the afternoon of Feb 15, 2012 on the IRT Flushing, after a General Order came into effect with a Flushing bound R62A (7) which tripped a red signal and went into EM Brakes between Vernon Blvd and Hunters Point Station.

(7) Service was delayed up to 30min in both direction, from Times Square and Queensboro Plaza and to Flushing. (7) service got turned at Queensboro Plaza (Select trains) and the entire station was full of passengers. Most of the students coming out of the school made it looked like a jungle which forced NYPD Transit Police K9 unit (A few) to pop in.

More (N) / (Q) service brought more passengers which caused the entire upper level to fill up.

Service resumed after 7 or 8PM.

CAR END (R62A #1730) - This car with the other cars were involved in this situation. (Train skips this station OOS)
