Part of the "At Peace with Experience New Year Retreat" for Sheffield Insight: 31st December morning Dhamma talk and guided meditation In this dhamma talk, Ven Canda speaks about the causes for peace and how we can learn to make peace by developing beautiful qualities in our hearts. Venerable also teaches us about the very many benefits of being contented and how contentment helps us to sink more deeply into the here & now. Then we get to hear about Contentment & Letting go in the context of the 3rd Noble truth. 54:29 the talk ends with a guided 25 min meditation.
