If you love to sleep, then today we'll be taking an in depth look at this affordable IKEA bed frame (Hauga) to see if its any good. This IKEA bed frame has a headboard that contains polyurethane foam. I found it comfortable when leaning my head back but the polyurethane foam is of low quality so if you're a person that leans on the headboard often, you'll notice the firmness to diminish in a short amount of time. The whole bed frame is covered in a 100% polyester fabric, at least in the gray color. The fabric in the beige color slightly differs as it's made out of recycled polyester and cotton. Also when I was testing out the stability of the headboard, I noticed some movement. As for the overall stability of the bed frame, I noticed there to be more movement back and forth than from side to side. The middle of the bed frame comes with a classic IKEA slatted bed base that is held in place by plastic hooks on each end. Overall, I didn't really notice any big issues with the bed frame when comparing it to the price. The only thing that I can see, that some people might not like about the Hauga bed frame is the overall stability.
