This is a settlement build tour at Croup Manor from my most recent lightly modded Fallout 4 playthrough, using only vanilla and DLC objects (with a little help from Place Everywhere).

For this build the manor house has been turned into a hotel with the courtyard outside being made into a small market, with settler housing, farms and a power shed to the sides. The rear of the hotel has a covered patio area, and a small cliff edge platform with a BBQ and additional seating / storage.

The hotels ground floor features a small reception desk, diner and public bar, with the first floor being used for staff living quarters, a guest lounge, and a small office / storeroom. The top floor has been divided up into quest rooms, with the roof being used for the radio beacon and a small storage / chem shack.

Was really tempted to use a scrap mod to clean up the un-scrapable junk inside the manor (maybe in a future more heavily modded playthrough), but wanted to keep to this series theme of not using any settlement mods. Overall really happy with this build, and was pleasantly surprised with how well the hotel turned out as I normally struggle with interior spaces.
