③ Uncle Rikuro’s Store　“freshly baked cheesecake”
Osaka's famous confectionery. Whenever I visit Osaka, there is always a line front of the store to buy freshly baked cheesecake, so I got in line to try it out. The cakes are baked repeatedly, 12 at a time, in the store kitchens, and are served still warm. The sweet aroma, fluffy texture, subtle sweetness, and gentle taste of Danish cheese are delicious. Hokkyokusei is a long-established Western-style restaurant in Osaka, established in 1923. It is the originator of the dish of ketchup rice wrapped in thinly fried egg. The founder, who used to be a French chef, spent a year and a half perfecting this unique and different ramen. As the restaurant's catchphrase says, the first time you eat it, it feels ordinary, the second time you eat it, it tastes good? The third time, I like it! The consommé-based, slightly sweet and spicy soy sauce soup is addictive. The noodles are like spaghetti. It tastes even better if you add Chinese chive condiments.

⑥ Shinsekai Grill Bon　“Fillet cutlet sandwich”
This is an exquisite cutlet sandwich made with beef filet. You can enjoy the taste of a famous restaurant with a 70-year history in Osaka as a take-out gourmet. Many people buy it as a bento box lunch to eat on the Shinkansen bullet train. The beef cutlet is sandwiched between bread and covered with a secret sauce.
