The comparison trap (what you don't know about other people's success) - Vlogmas Day 14

Why do we insist on punishing ourselves through comparison? Especially as small business owners, there are so many factors beyond what you see from the outside that affect a business's success. I was reminded of this annoying habit of mine at a recent speaking event featuring one of my good friends and it was a clear reminder to me that even the people and businesses you think you know might have more to their story than you assume.
