Every Show I build a beer recipe on Beer Smith's Beer Recipe Program.

Here is the lineup:

1. Info/History of the style of beer I'm creating.

2. Create the recipe on Beer Smith. (This recipe will go in the books and will be made a little further down the road, when my brewing system is finally ready to brew on.)

3. Review the same type of beer as the recipe I create. For instance, If I am building a BALTIC PORTER recipe, I will review one or two BALTIC PORTER(S) of choice after history/characteristics and recipe build.

4. Conclusion and chat with audience.

**Once the brewing system is ready to brew on, I will turn this day into a live-stream brew day. You can watch me brew a beer for about 4.5/6 hours depending on the situation. We will drink/brew/and drink some more! should be fun! I can't wait!!
