A full perfect restoration of this soviet era Russian vintage vice.

Unfortunately I have no information on this vice apart from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) existed from 1922 until 1991 so this vintage vice dates from some time within this period. If anyone has any more information please let me know. It was kindly bought and supplied to me by Ben from the Tool Addict channel.
This vintage vise had not been well looked after and it only seemed fitting that it was restored to beyond it's best. This full perfect vintage tool restoration is as sympathetic as possible given the age and rarity of this Russian vice but given the shocking state we first found it in quite drastic measures were needed to restore it.
