Well, for 4,444 stars and 50 hard-extreme demons, I decided to go back on a level I had originally dropped in November of 2025 when choosing levels for the 12 Demons of Saltmas. Big fucking mistake. This level is so abhorrent I can't wait to rant on it here and in a future video.

I'm so lucky I only died at 75 twice and not anywhere past that because I would've probably gone insane. I died hundreds of times to the wave at 35% and that really destroyed my already miniscule confidence of beating this relatively quickly. There's so much bullshit with slopes sticking out that you can't help but feel infuriated playing it over and over and over and over and over and over and over again. This is the worst section I've ever had to deal with in a level thus far and I do not put that lightly. Worse than the 90% wave in Tech Manifestation, and the last ship in Red World. My enjoyment would've been a lot lower if I didn't get lucky with this level.

Speaking of 75%, why is the jump so unnecessarily difficult???? WHY?? It's so unforgivingly tight that you need to hold, but the way you hold into it depends on how you exit the already inconsistent and fucked up ship part. If you're too high, good luck jumping once! If you're too low, same thing. There's no visual indication for how to do it right so it's up to RNG. The UFO can kindly go fuck itself, too. It's so brutally inconsistent and awkward that you can't develop a good click pattern for it because it feels like it plays differently every attempt. The ship afterward is super chokable because of this super fucked up blue pad hold at 71%. Why would you put that shit in there and not fucking think "hmmm maybe this isn't good gameplay".

Alongside the wave's atrocious gameplay and balancing, it's extremely condescending, too. My response to the death message in it is, "'git gud' at making functional gameplay, jackass". Back to the wave gameplay, WHY IS THE TRANSITION INTO THAT PORTAL AT 39 SO BAD?? It's entirely dependent on how high you are so you have to do this stupid microclick to reposition yourself into it which is SO necessary, right?

I cannot possibly understand how JAVP was okay with making a level this poorly made and poorly balanced. It's like you had to TRY to make something as bad as this. The enjoyment would've been way lower if I didn't practically fluke the ending. Also, less attempts than FFFFFF? How?
