German Emperor, Grandson of Queen Victoria of the British Empire, King Wilhelm II once said "I have met many monarchs and rulers in my life and I found them all to be my inferiors, beneath me or at best my equals but when I entered in the presence of Abdul Hamid II, I began to tremble."
