I am so happy to be back out wild camping again, still cold tho.
I returned to the same camp spot where I was a few months before. Back then it was February and too early for whale season yet but this time they have been all over. Mainly southern right whales are here at this time but I also looked out if I can spot some orcas.
There is one family of orcas that hunt those seals on to the beach, but that is rare to witness since it's worldwide just these 20+ animals here using this hunting tactics.
The southern right whales are all around and come very close to the shore, you will see in the video.

But there's not only whales to watch out for, every morning a small group of penguins swam along the shore and foxes, birds and ground hogs showed up around my tent. Pure Nature!

I stayed 3 days at this spot when I found out the battery of my Urma was empty. Roland, a friend of mine from Switzerland was just 400km away and brought food and drinks. He's on his way up to Uruguay to ship his car back, he made it down to Ushuaia from Alaska within the last 1,5 years.
I got some drinking water and food for the one day longer stay there from people fishing at this beach. The Argentiniens here are so helpful and friendly, super people.

And later I needed a lift to the next town of Puerto Madryn and a workshop to get the bike running again.
While I was waiting for the repair I got some kind of virus and had to recover for 5 days at my friend Giermos hous, a Harley rider who helped me out with Urmas repair. But all went well, Urma is running again and I'm rushing North to warmer temperatures.
Temperatures got below 0 Celsius the night I left from Puerto Madryn but this should be the last freezing night for now. Temperatures are rising moving North.
