Episode 8 day 4 part 2 of 2

The Go Devil Run, also called GDR, is a yearly Vintage Jeep Run where the goal is to pay tribute to those that came before us. The men and women who created the off-road hobby. Shortly after WWII the little Willys (and some Fords) became the vehicles of choice for escaping to the outdoors. Just like the people, the Flat Fender Jeeps were tough and ready for adventure.
We have a few rules. One the Jeep must have (as the name of the run suggests) a “Go Devil” engine. Also bias ply tires not over 30.5” tall (no wide tires) no lift kits, wheel spacers or other equipment that will stand out as not being in 1950.
We also try to dress as the folks did in the 40’s and 50’s
Basically we want to be able to take a picture and not be able to tell if it’s modern or from 1950.
This is the 6th year of the run and the first time it has been held outside of Arizona.
We travel to Southern California near Borrego Springs. This video is of day 4 part 2 of 2.
