The Blair Witch Project | Filming Locations

Описание к видео The Blair Witch Project | Filming Locations

In October of 1994, three student filmmakers disappeared in the woods near Burkittsville, Maryland while shooting a documentary. Nearly 25 years later, we explore the locations from the monumental trailblazer in the modern horror found footage genre that convinced the world it was real. My favorite horror film of all time.

Locations include: Coffin Rock. Burkittsville Cemetery. Heather's House. Mike's House. Stup's Market. Staub's Country Inn. The Hillside Hotel. The stick-men in Seneca Creek State Park. And the site where the Rustin Parr house originally stood before being demolished in 2003.

Thank you to Susie Gooch, the mother with the scared child being interviewed by Heather, for taking the time to meet up with us and to share a few of her memories from that day on October 23, 1997.

Thank you to Eleanor from Colony Supply Center Inc. for being so accommodating and kind during our time at your company.

Thank you to the owners of Stup's Market for allowing us to film in and around your store.

Every person we met and every place we visited was incredible and made for an unforgettable trip.
