thank you for joining my first online yoga flow 🤍

This class is about an hour long and is a well-rounded practice for all levels. There are modifications as well as advanced options. It is great fo spinal health and relaxation and will benefit you especially if you spend many hours sitting.

This class includes a lot of heart openers and back bends, such as locust pose, puppy pose, bow pose and camel pose. In between you will have many downward dogs and child poses to rest. We finish with a Shavasana and slow transition back.
