This is Angela's Theme from the 1990's Movie "A Low Down Dirty Shame" starring Keenen Ivory Wayans and Jada Pinkett Smith.
Angela was played by the gorgeous actress Salli Elise Richardson-Whitfield. This was the memorable scene where she gets out of the cab and Shame played by Kennen Ivory Wayans is tailing her.

The song was composed by Jazzie B from the British music collective know as Soul II Soul most popular in the late 80's to 90's.
