Adopted from Costa Rica as an infant, Jeremy retained his foreskin thanks to early care rooted in cultural respect for the natural male body. But in the U.S., he faced fear, shame, and painful medical encounters that left lasting trauma.

Jeremy opens up about the isolation he felt growing up, the pressure to conform, and the point in early adulthood when he nearly chose circumcision for himself. A urologist's refusal to perform the procedure became a turning point—one that sparked the realization that his body was perfect just as it was.
