Unboxing the Oppo Find X5, a more affordable alternative to that Pro phone, boasting the same camera sensor and Marisilicon X NPU. The camera hardware and software is still among the best in 2022, beating off Apple's iPhones and most rivals for low light performance, even when shooting video. Oppo's telephoto lens may be limited vs the S22 Ultra but it's fine for getting closer to your kids, pets, etc for an unintrusive shot. Gamers will get respectable performance from the Oppo Find X5, good enough to play Genshin Impact on top graphics settings, albeit with some occasional judders. Battery life is solid and the ColorOS experience is still enjoyable, even if the settings menu is rather dense.
