–Place value discs
–Deck of cards

*On Workbook p. 26 the tasks under #1 may be difficult for some students. Save this until last and use it as a problem-solving challenge. Complete Mental Math 7 and 8 as part of today’s lesson. Students are encouraged to complete half of the problems on each page.
