What NOT to do after getting dermal filler 💉

1️⃣ Don’t take blood-thinning medications or supplements (unless prescribed)

▫️Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E, and similar products for a few days after unless your doctor advises otherwise.

▫️These can increase the risk of bruising.

2️⃣ Don’t engage in strenuous exercise

▫️Avoid intense physical activity for 24–48 hours after treatment.

▫️Exercise increases blood flow and may worsen swelling or bruising.

3️⃣ Don’t wear makeup (this includes chapstick😉)

▫️This can increase the risk of infection

4️⃣ Don’t press or massage the area

▫️Avoid poking, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for at least 24–48 hours (unless instructed otherwise by your injector).

▫️This helps prevent filler migration and uneven results.
