Salmon & Steelhead Plug Fishing Secrets w/ Tyler Kraft

Plug fishing has been popular for decades! From the hot-shots, wiggle warts, Kwikfish, Flatfish and Mag-Lips...to anywhere else a crankbait will take you. The fact that plugs produce steelhead that many techniques will not puts it at an advantage on certain days. Cold water fish that are lethargic to most everything else will get revved up and respond to a plug, striking it savagely.

In this video, Tyler Kraft, a smart and productive angler from Southwest Washington talks about how he flatlines plugs out of his Clackacraft Driftboat. He has a lot of success doing so, although on this day we focused primarily on bobber-dogging and float fishing, which produced well.
