25 YEARS | Commemorative video from our 25 year anniversary dinner

This is a commemorative video that was shown at our 25 year anniversary dinner. The dinner was in tribute to our 25 year anniversary at our iconic home and was hosted on Friday 30th September 2022.

The video includes a look back at the infamous final season at Burnden Park and the changeover the the then Reebok Stadium.

The dinner had the 1996/97 Division One winning team in attendance including former chairman Gordon Hargreaves and former manager Colin Todd.

Wanderers won promotion back to the Premier League in style, winning the league with 98 points and 100 goals scored. This was the perfect end to an unforgettable time at Burnden Park and also meant that the first competitive game at the new stadium would be a top flight one.
