This was filmed in July 1989 at the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio. (Now known as the Haunted Prison) (Shawshank) (Harry and Walter Go To New York) (Air Force One) My Dad (Wiley Human) worked there and brought his VHS camcorder in to capture some candid moments.
