Muhammad Dilbar is a retd headmaster. He left his birthplace Shiraj Majra, a village of Fatehgarh Sahib district nowadays. At the time of the India and Pakistan Partition, the said area was part of tehsil Samrala in the Ludhiana district.
The family of Muhammad Dilbar faced very cruel circumstances during partition-based migration in 1947.
He lost his whole family at that ill-fated time.
