🎥 #ThrowbackThursday to one of the biggest questions I get — why do I recommend raw foods over cooked for disease-reversal?

The short answer: results.

Raw food has helped so many of my clients reverse kidney disease, lupus, and other autoimmune conditions rapidly — often after years of trying everything else.

Yes, we understand many of the reasons raw works… but why might cooked foods slow or block healing? There are theories (I have one too), but theories often fall apart in real-life application. That’s why I don’t teach theories — I teach what consistently works.

🧠 You may have come across voices online — even some with impressive credentials — offering strong opinions about nutrition without ever having used it to reverse disease in real people. It's easy to debate ideas. It's much harder to produce real, lasting results.

That’s where my work lives: in results, not opinions.
