Описание к видео The making of Australia's rural and remote health sector – and its challenges for the future

Held Thursday, 9 June 2016, 2.30-4.00pm Eastern Standard Time.
This free public webinar was designed as an opportunity for people involved with rural and remote health in Australia to reflect on the years since the 1st National Rural Health Conference was held in Toowoomba in February 1991.

The premise for the webinar was that, in order to maintain its coherence and effectiveness on the national agenda, it will be useful for people involved with the rural and remote health sector to reflect on its past and to take stock of what has been learned.

This webinar was hosted by the National Rural Health Alliance as one way of honouring the work of Gordon Gregory, Foundation CEO of the NRHA, who retired in April 2016.
