The Terminator Longplay (Sega Genesis) [QHD]

Описание к видео The Terminator Longplay (Sega Genesis) [QHD]

Developed by Probe Software and published by Virgin Games in 1992

A lot of folks complained about the quality of movie licenses put out by the likes of Ocean on the 8-bit home computers, and The Terminator on Sega Genesis follows in their footsteps.

It shouldn't do, of course, not with the list of seriously talented individuals on the credits list. The graphics and audio are excellent, but the game is just incredibly short, and the levels offer next to no variety. The first level, with its seemingly endless corridor of infiltration units and plasma cannons, is undoubtedly the hardest part of the game, so if you can get through this you should be able to deal with the rest of the game in short order.

I suspect the reason this got made at all was due to the hype building around Terminator 2: Judgement Day; make a few dollars off the back of the name and get the public hyped up for all things T2.
