Backpacking is the art of traveling on a shoestring budget, stretching the penny for as long as comfortable and simply enjoying the craft of travel plus meeting new people. South Africa backpacking is a favorite for travelers coming from different countries mostly Germany, Scandinavian countries and the UK.

As an budget traveler I went to Coffee Bay, South Africa to experience the wild coast: rural coastline South Africa in the province of Eastern Cape. A week in Wild coast: Eastern Cape, South Africa is always a good idea.

Sleeping at a backpackers as a solo traveler my budget was pretty intact including activities, things to do in Coffee Bay, South Africa. Hiking hole in the wall was the highlight along with the kayak along the Umtata river.
