These are some of the announcements from Timothy Mouse heard at Disney World´s Magic Kingdom. Dumbo the Flying Elephant is a classic carousel ride, with the first incarnation opening with Disneyland California in 1955.
In the Orlando park two nearly-identical rides are located in Fantasyland in front of a big circus tent (that houses a queue with interactive playground elements for kids).
Timothy Mouse acts as the "master of ceremonies", delivering safety and handling instructions for the attraction vehicles.
Usually the loudspeakers located in circle around each carousel play the same circus band loop that is heard at the Casey Junior waterplay area. When Timothy delivers his spiels the music loop is automatically "ducked" (played softer underneath the voice and returns to regular loudness level after the announcement). This allows each carousel to have voice-over audio fitting to its individual loading and running cycles while the music background is alway present and in-sync with the neighborhood area.

Fun fact: Disneyland Paris also has a Dumbo Ride, but instead of Timothy Mouse neutral english and french voice-overs provide the safety instructions. Check out the audio here:
