A few months ago because I was bored and wanted to do something stupid I decided to get a program called rad video tools, a program that allows you to take a standard MP4 file and encoded in the bank video format which is used in a lot of video games and has practically become an industry standard for compressed video files in games. However the rad video tools also had the option to encode a video in the much older smacker format. To cut a long explanation short smacker is a format that was designed for very old video games and was used in games like Warcraft 2, starcraft, and Diablo 1 (Yes I know I only named Blizzard games but a lot of other PC games used it). The main thing that's making the video look the way it does is the fact that it's limited to a maximum of 256 colors per frame, and there's some weird motion artifacts that add to the stupid trashiness of it in my eyes.
