Tanvi, a young professional from Delhi who had lived in the US for five years, struggled with glasses for over a decade. With a prescription of -5 in her left eye and -4.75 in her right, she often felt limited in her active lifestyle. Whether it was swimming, skydiving, or playing sports, her glasses always stood in the way.
Encouraged by a close friend who praised the smooth and efficient process at Eye7 Hospitals, Tanvi started exploring her options. While researching, she came across the insightful and informative YouTube videos by Dr. Rahil Chaudhary, which explained various eye procedures, their benefits, and potential risks in a clear and reassuring manner. This helped her feel more confident in taking the next step.
During her consultation at Eye7, Dr. Sanjay Chaudhary, a highly experienced and trusted eye surgeon, personally assessed her condition. Although her eye power made her eligible for LASIK, detailed testing revealed her corneas were thinner than average — a key factor that made LASIK a less suitable option for long-term safety.
Dr. Sanjay Chaudhary recommended ICL (Implantable Collamer Lens) surgery, a safe and effective alternative ideal for her eye condition. Reassured by the clarity of information and the team’s professionalism, Tanvi decided to proceed.
On the day of surgery, Tanvi felt a mix of nervousness and anticipation. But the procedure, performed by Dr. Sanjay Chaudhary himself, was incredibly quick, painless, and smooth — taking just five minutes per eye. She noticed an immediate improvement in her vision.
After surgery, Tanvi was thrilled to experience the world without glasses. She could read clearly, enjoy sports, swim, and work out without any discomfort. Most importantly, she gained the freedom and confidence she had long desired.
Tanvi is deeply grateful to Dr. Sanjay Chaudhary, Dr. Rahil Chaudhary, and the entire Eye7 team for their expertise and support throughout her journey. She now strongly recommends Eye7 Hospitals to anyone considering freedom from glasses.
