Day - 30 Bastille Soap

Ingredients

Distilled water Solution - 59.7 g
Sodium Hydroxide ( Lye ) - 29.4 g

Olive oil - 140 g
Castor Oil - 10 g
Coconut Oil - 50 g

Spark fragrance oil _2 g
Blue colour a drop

Note

Always wear your safety protective personal equipment (PPE ) while soap making.

Gloves - To good GMP Practice and to protect your hands

Googles - To protect your eyes from preventing any splashes

No pets and no children while making soap

Work in a well ventilated place

Sodium hydroxide is caustic ( alkaline ) in nature if you accidentally spilled in your hands then wash your hands with running water and seek a doctor

Do not add vinegar to fresh burn .

Do not work with aluminium containers for preparing lye solution

Always use stainless steel, P - 5 plastic containers, and high glass containers .

Curing time -

Cure the soap for 48 days and you can use the soap after that.
