It's about more than that for her. As someone who is solutions oriented she has a B.A. in Organizational Communication and a Master's in Organizational Leadership with a strong emphasis on servant leadership. She was in the PBS documentary the last artifact, and once advised the previous Mayor of the City of Bozeman to remember why he became Mayor in the first place: to serve the people during a particularly arduous time.
