I bought vegan burger patties that cost more than my electricity bill. ₹600 for plant-based patties? For that price, I was expecting them to come with a diploma in chicken studies.

So I did what any logical, totally sane person would do — I invited my cousin to blindly taste-test both burgers and risk his taste buds for science.
