The Kashmir Files Controversy At IFFI GOA 2022: How People Found Happiness In India's Embarrassment

The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2022’s jury head recently slammed The Kashmir Files. He called the Anupam Kher-starrer The Kashmir Files, a ‘propaganda’ and a ‘vulgar movie’. The jury head Nadav Lapid also said that he is 'shocked' after seeing the Vivek Agnihotri film winning a National award. It has to be noted that Lapid made these remarks on the stage in the presence of top ministers, including Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur. Now, the national has divided into two factions, where one side is embarrassed by the statement of Israeli jury member of IFFI and the other side is celebrating this embarrassment.
