Saviynt 1. To create a job in Hype and Okay, one needs to write a script like that as if they were doing it when the job is ready.
2. The job should be placed in the specified connection, which is the data source or target system for fetching/putting data from/to.
3. The user XML should be prepared according to the specifications.
4. The prepared user XML should be placed in the same connection as the data source/target system.
5. Once the job has been prepared, the script can be run to execute the job.
6. Some provisioning is happening in the system. We discussed about it yesterday in relation to the connection.
7. The provisioning system involves fetching data from an HRMS source and managing user access to the target system.
8. Two users were discussed as examples, Surety and Tejaswini, who were selected for employment and had their information placed in an HRMS system.
9. Once their information was imported from the HRMS, the connector would manage the user access to the target system.
10. It was also discussed that any database can be used to create a user account for the target system, which includes systems such as Outlook, Active Directory, and SAP. The job name for this step is Ws retry and it retrieves information from a connection to create user accounts in the target system.
