What an amazing sound! Class 220 Voyager idles and fires off from Derby - Departure -

So much so, the camera couldn't handle that heavenly diesel idling for a moment there! 😜

During my stay in The UK, I must say I've captured a few amazing soundchecks, alongside my videos and this was definitely one of them. The sound of these Cummins QSK19 engines is really something unique on the classes 220/221/222, and something I can keep enjoying everytime again.

I absolutely love the idling as well, which is why I decided to keep that in this video. I really miss that sound in real life, and I can't wait to get back there soon. 🥰

All joking aside, I have no idea why the camera decided to unfocus for a moment there, but it focused just in time to capture the Voyager departing.
